A Cost Accountant, Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary by qualification, Jayantt has rich and diverse 28+ years of experience in Engineering, Pharma, Food & Beverages, Retail and Construction & Development industries. Jayant is adept and working with Leadership Team and the Board to direct the business towards growth based on economic merits. Jayantt has worked with companies like Sai Life Sciences, Mahindra Life Space Developers, Wockhardt Limited, Reliance Retail, Agro Tech Foods, Seagram and VIP industries.

His key strength is to ensure strengthening of Risk Management Framework and implementation of Internal Controls of an organisation for Financial Reporting.

Jayantt will drive financial prudence, establish controls and processes across the organisation by working closely with the cross functional & the leadership team in order to bring sustainability to our business. He reports to the Managing Director and CEO.

Sunil is a Chemical Engineer from BITS Pilani and an MBA in Finance from ICFAI. He comes with more than 27 years of rich experience with companies like MacLeod’s Pharma, Elder, Matrix, Alembic, Cipla, Lupin, Emcure and Sun pharma in the domain of Manufacturing and Operations, Projects and Operational Excellence.

He brings with him the experience in delivering value in the areas of Operations. Considering the Business needs. For the platform he drives Operational Transformation by working closely with various cross functional teams & the leadership team in order to bring sustainability to our Business

His focus area would be to unlock intrinsic value of all the units, drive synergies across units, streamline and build robust processes while ensuring People & Infrastructure Safety, Product Quality and Business Delivery. He reports to the Managing Director and CEO.

Dr. K. Nagendra Babu comes with 25+ Years of comprehensive experience (Finished Dosage and API’s) in the fields of Global Audit and Compliance, Vendor Management, Third Party Management, Quality Operations (QA, QC, DQA & CQA), Manufacturing of Finished Dosage, Manufacturing of API’s and in conducting Quality Audits of varied suppliers. Dr. K. Nagendra Babu comes with experiences gained from Mylan Pharmaceuticals (Viatris), Gravity Pharmaceuticals Private Limited, Granules India Limited, Mylan Pharmaceuticals (Mylan Inc.) GSK Pharmaceuticals Limited, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories and Aurobindo Pharma Limited.

Dr. K. Nagendra Babu, with his Doctorate in Chemistry and the numerous trainings that he has undergone, has robust understanding of various quality operations, regulatory affairs and GxP audit process. He will work closely with the Quality Operations, regulatory Affairs and the Operations team in designing and implementation of best in class quality and compliance standards and systems. He reports to Managing Director and CEO.

Mr Vishal Mathur, the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Cohance Lifesciences, has 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. His distinguished leadership positions at industry giants such as Emcure, Amoli Organics, Glenmark Lifesciences, Biocon, Kopran, and Eureka Forbes highlight his excellence in driving corporate growth, portfolio management, strategic initiatives, and demand planning. He fortifies Cohance Lifesciences market leadership across diverse verticals. His strategic acumen accelerates revenue growth and unlocks global opportunities. With expertise in portfolio management and meticulous demand planning, he ensures optimal resource allocation and achievement of revenue targets.

Holding an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry and an MBA in Marketing, he combines scientific acumen with business proficiency and exceptional credentials, his extensive experience, and pivotal role at Cohance Lifesciences position him as a key driver of the company’s growth and success in the pharmaceutical industry. He provides regular updates and communicates directly with the Chief Executive Officer.

An Engineer at heart, Pushkar completed his Chemical Engineering from UDCT Mumbai and then went on to complete his Post Graduation Certificate in Management from IIM, Indore. Pushkar has 22+ years of experience in process engineering, technology transfer, scale up and project management of pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals products. He has experience of technical engagement with large global pharmaceutical clients. His expertise is in infrastructure projects and development of complex molecules, safety and change management in API technical operations.

He built these capabilities while working with Dr. Reddy’s, Glenmark Life Sciences, Mylan Laboratories Ltd. and Makhteshim Agan India Pvt. Ltd.

For the API platform, he drives Value Creation Plan (VCP) agenda by working closely with cross functional teams, centralising and standardizing various business practices of existing and newer assets to transform overall businesses. He reports to the Managing Director and CEO.

Swami comes with more than 30 years of experience in the field of Planning (Demand & Production), Sourcing and Logistics (both inbound and outbound) along with cross-functional exposure in Sales & IT spanning across manufacturing and service industries such as beverages, paints, chemicals and pharma. He has gained his experience while working with companies like Granules India Ltd., Nippon Paints India Pvt. Ltd., Pidilite Industries Limited, ICI India Limited, Mafatlal Industries Ltd and Brooke Bond – Lipton India Limited.

Swami brings with him a highly operational and hands-on approach of working towards achieving desired outcomes in strategic sourcing, inventory optimisation and bringing efficiencies in Logistic Operations. Swami reports to the Managing Director and CEO.

Sidhartha brings with him more than 23 years of diverse experience in the field of infrastructure, consumer goods and pharmaceuticals and joins us to drive the people agenda of the platform. A holder of Masters in Social Work, he went on to complete his Executive MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

He brings experience of working in different culture during his international stints in Bangladesh, Egypt, Middle East & South Africa. He has gained his experience while working with companies like Adani Power, Reckitt Benckiser (India) Limited, Marico Limited, Alembic Pharmaceuticals and Sai Life Sciences.

With his ability to build the organisation to be future ready by proactively identifying and foreseeing the future needs of the organisation, Sidhartha drives key elements of design and implement the right sets of best in class people practices for the organisation. He reports to the Managing Director and CEO.

A dynamic professional with more than 20 years of experience in delivering value to organisations by effective strategy planning and new initiatives. Venkat brings with him extensive experience in service delivery in pharma, quality, manufacturing and R&D at global level. Venkat is adept at aligning digital strategy and associated investments with business plans to deliver RoI’s and drive innovation.

Venkat has transformed organisational practices with focus on leveraging IT as a strategic tool. He is a Graduate Engineer in Computer Science and went on to complete his MBA in Project Management from Sikkim Manipal University.

For the API platform, he drives the Digital transformation across the organisation by working closely with the cross functional teams in order to bring sustainability to our business. Venkat reports to the CFO.
